30 days has September...I saw this challenge posted by CODEMAULER, who credited DRAFTLOVER with the idea originally. Here's the day 1 question:
Q: Your stats. Starting stats, current stats, goal stats. Are you currently trying to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain weight or something else? Do you have a goal for the month of September?
A: I started on Sparkpeople at 185 lbs, lots of inches, and short on motivation. Currently, I weigh 177, have lost some inches, and have more than enough motivation to keep propelling me forward (thanks to Sparkpeople!) toward my ultimate goal of being fit, trim, and healthy. I'm wondering what weight that will ultimately be - I figure I'll let my body decide and have it be a pleasant surprise. Kind of like how some people want the gender of their baby to be a surprise! Ha!
I am currently working the Curvescomplete program, and plan on finishing up the Sparkpeople 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge the first week of September. I will also be running my 4th 5K race this year, September 22nd - so I'll be training for that, trying to beat whatever time I achieve this coming Monday, the 3rd. I guess my goals are sort of 'loosey-goosey', but I just want to stay on track with my nutrition and exercise as much as I can, stay active on Sparkpeople and refrain from making an actual weight loss goal, as doing so has been disappointing for me lately.
