First - to toot my own horn - I made my August weightloss goal. I wanted to lose 8.0lbs in August, and lost 8.2lbs. It felt amazing to see 225.8 on the scale this morning. Motivation for September goals.
- Complete CrossFit Jump Start classes (2 more weeks)
- Attend 2 CrossFit 201 classes per week
- Continue to eat Paleo on a 80%/20% split (1 treat meal per week)
- Run each weekend in preparation for the Portlamd Half Marathon in October
- Lose 6lbs this month (1.5 lbs per week)
Losing 6 lbs would put me at 219.8lbs on October 1st. I desperately want out of the 220s, and think September is the month to make that happen.
