This morning was weigh in day! I began the day with a Turbo Kick emoticonclass. I only did the first half of the class. Not because I couldn't last but more because the instructor was moving so fast from move to move and I spent a good amount of the time trying to figure out what she was doing. After that my sister and I did some medicine ball work, squatting on the Bosce and then tossing the medicine ball in the air. Then we did chest passes with the ball, volleyball sets with the ball and quarterback throws with the medicine ball. We then did upperbody strength training with emoticonand emoticon. The workout ended with ten minutes on the StairMaster. I then got to weigh in and do measurements. Unfortunately I didn't take starting measurements but I did at 4 weeks. Here is the break down:

Starting weight: 272.1

Week 4:

Neck: 16.0
Arm: 15.1
Chest: 47.5
Hips: 52
Upper Waist: 42.5
Middle Waist: 49.5
Thighs: 26.9

Week 14:

Neck: 14.9
Arm: 13.6
Chest: 43.25
Hips: 47.1
Upper Waist: 36.5
Middle Waist: 42.5
Thighs: 23

Total Pounds Lost: 28.5 emoticon emoticon
Total Inches Lost: 28.4 emoticon emoticon
