Spark Coach/Time Management

I started using Spark Coach and I am debating whether or not after the 2 week free trial I will continue using it. I don't know how well it will fit into my own plan of weight loss since I had a GB. So far, I am enjoying it, but over all I just don't know.
Today's task is to blog about time management. I don't feel like I can truly comment on my use of time, because right now, my time is endless. I have not gone back to work yet, and have not worked myself up into all of my past activities because I still get tired, but not as much so.
Because I am home, it's easy to get up and do a work out on the Wii or go for a quick swim in my pool. I have all the time in the world to throw something together in the crock pot and go about my day. It will be interesting though going back to work and seeing if I can still get the crock pot going or get in a work out. My hours differ so much from my fiancee (I work 5am-2pm, he works 7a-4p) that I think I can still manage. But only time will tell!
I am not as discouraged as I was the last couple of days, I'm starting to get out of this funk that I have been, my BM's have been coming more often, and I have one pound left to go before I reach my last weigh in, so I'm pretty excited about that. Now that I am tracking my food, it is plain as day that I am not getting in enough calories, so I am going to have to work on that, will most likely add back a protein shake for extra calories/protein so I can stay on track with my weight loss.
