This weeks short term goals

so my goals are

no soda (met)
weigh 165 (not met)
drink 8 8oz glasses of water (met)
exercise 10 min a day (not met)


so no soda I am doing really good at. I am getting closer to weighing 165, I was 166.4 yesterday, so if everything goes as planned this week I should meet that goal next week. I am thinking of adding a goal of like a pound or two a week. I have to think about it. I still haven't done 10 min of exercise a day, exercising is something I just can't seem to get onto. Water, I drink tons of it since I gave up soda.


so my short term goals for next week are

weigh 165
drink 8 80z of water
no soda
exercise 10 min a day.

    emoticon goals, good luck with achieving your exercise mins, they seem to be your stumbling block, but can promise that finding the determination to do them does pay dividends.

Cheering you on for your 165 target next week - wish I was there lol!
