Hey All....sorry for leaving the blog off my To Do List!
Do you ever have those moments where you feel as though you have no ME time? I have been in this funk for the past week or so. I was disguisted with the results that the fitbit was giving me. I was gauging all my calories based on the caloric burn stated on the fitbit. Because it was wrong, I put myself into starvation mode.
After two weeks of Insanity, I did manage to drop 6 lbs and 5 inches. I am super happy with that. But what could it have been if Fitbit was right. But situation resolved, I am now a proud owner of a pink bodybugg! Woo Hoo! Talk about accuracy! Love it love it love it!
I started the last week of month 1...It has been an amazing 3 weeks so far....I would recommend this program to everyone. You do have to be mentally prepared to push your body to extreme limits. And make sure that you have a reliable device to accurately gauge your caloric burn. It is imperative.
My energy level this past week has been down. I attribute that to the funk that I have been in. I want to push but just mentally don't have it in me. Today's workout was not that impressive but I did get through it at 487 calories burned. Kinda off my game but will shake it off and get back on the train tomorrow for Cardio Power & Resistance.
Now that the workout is over, time to hit the Shakeology and lunch! And with fingers crossed the hubs and I get to head over to Traverse City for some yummy delicious Sushi!
