Starting today, I'm going to be hypervigilant about recording my data. Something is really keeping me stuck here, and I swear I'm determined to figure out what it is.

I've been a bit sloppy about recording my nutrition, and have not been right on top of recording my exercise either. So, time to get down to brass tacks here.

    I found some some serious positive results from religiously recording! Not to mention keeping an eye on my consumption, it still keeps me vigilant! All the best on your efforts!
