Pedometer Challenge - September

So I'm team captain at work for a month long pedometer challenge.

Our team name "Walk The Walk"

The pedometers they gave us are so nice.

I just have to align on daily steps and go from there. I'll figure that out in the next day or so.

  I bought a pedometer a few weeks back. It has really helped me walk more and be more conscious of how much I am moving (and not moving) each day. The more aware you are, the more you can adjust. Good luck!! :)

    Sigh--my daily goal is 10000 steps but I only hit it once ore twice a week. Still, it is my goal!
