Heeeey all!!! It's been SO LONG since I've blogged...yeah, a LONG time! LoL
But I was asked by a SparkFriend to describe the September Smoothie Challenge that I'm doing, which I did. But I thought I should really write a blog on it to keep myself more accountable over the next 30 days! I've added the words "Shape Up" for the purpose of my blog and to remind me of the 2nd part of the challenge!

But here are the 3-part Basics Summed Up:
1. 2 healthy smoothies/daily.
2. Move your body 20-30minutes, 3-4 days per week.
3. NO Soda or Commercial Juice (the page gives more detail on all 3 parts).
They encaourage people to connect with others (via message boards & Monday teleconferences) and there are also answers to common questions...pretty cool!
