September Smoothie & Shape Up Challenge!

Heeeey all!!! It's been SO LONG since I've blogged...yeah, a LONG time! LoL
But I was asked by a SparkFriend to describe the September Smoothie Challenge that I'm doing, which I did. But I thought I should really write a blog on it to keep myself more accountable over the next 30 days! I've added the words "Shape Up" for the purpose of my blog and to remind me of the 2nd part of the challenge!

But here are the 3-part Basics Summed Up:
1. 2 healthy smoothies/daily.
2. Move your body 20-30minutes, 3-4 days per week.
3. NO Soda or Commercial Juice (the page gives more detail on all 3 parts).

They encaourage people to connect with others (via message boards & Monday teleconferences) and there are also answers to common questions...pretty cool!

Sounds Great Roz! Smoothies Are VERY Filling. I Can Drink One EVERY Meal. I've Been Making My Own Since I Changed To That Flat Belly Meal Plan. I Normally Have One For A Snack. Depending On What I Put In It Is How Filling It Is. But You Can Do AnyThing Because God Has Your Back First of All and WE All Are Cheering You On YOur Way! Have Fun With It!

    Thank you for the information! I checked it out and will be joining you! I have my Sunday morning breakfast smoothie all planned out:
spinach
a little kale
strawberries
banana
almond milk (plain)

My goal will be to concentrate on the greens and other vegetables and keep the fruit to a minimum. In addition to the smoothies, I will also juice!

OK! I know we can do this...thank you so much for bring the challenge to our attention!
