this year is flying by. Managed to be consistent with my exercise and eating without been too obsessive. So now to focus on the last 4 months of the year. Started the 30 day shred and to-day am on day 10
planning on doing a bit more strength work
also one 4 mile + run a week. With a little bit of hula hooping in an evening
Continue to be mindful of my portions and not having too many treats. Lots of lovely autumn fruit and veg
I do love the autumn
but this year we have had 3 months of rain so we are booked to have a week in Spain at the end of the month to get a little sunshine before we prepare for the colder months
I am also starting part time university as well as working full time. I have to do 2 modules at master's level of teacher training and will have a huge amount of work to do at home in my own time
I have huge concerns about my academic ability and as work are paying a large amount of money for me to get this qualification I feel even more pressure
(pass the comfort chocolate !)
SO I NEED TO WITHDRAW SLIGHTLY FROM SPARKS.
I will still log on every day but will not be active in teams. I will track my fitness and continue to weight in weekly. I will also keep up with supportive friends through their feed and blogs.
So I am still around.
