September; cutting back on sparks:(

Saturday, September 01, 2012

this year is flying by. Managed to be consistent with my exercise and eating without been too obsessive. So now to focus on the last 4 months of the year. Started the 30 day shred and to-day am on day 10 planning on doing a bit more strength work also one 4 mile + run a week. With a little bit of hula hooping in an evening
Continue to be mindful of my portions and not having too many treats. Lots of lovely autumn fruit and veg
I do love the autumn but this year we have had 3 months of rain so we are booked to have a week in Spain at the end of the month to get a little sunshine before we prepare for the colder months
I am also starting part time university as well as working full time. I have to do 2 modules at master's level of teacher training and will have a huge amount of work to do at home in my own time I have huge concerns about my academic ability and as work are paying a large amount of money for me to get this qualification I feel even more pressure (pass the comfort chocolate !)

SO I NEED TO WITHDRAW SLIGHTLY FROM SPARKS.
I will still log on every day but will not be active in teams. I will track my fitness and continue to weight in weekly. I will also keep up with supportive friends through their feed and blogs.

So I am still around.
Wishing everyone a great month.

Hello, I always enjoy your monthly plan, I will miss you Anne, you are a great support and inspiration to me!
I am sure you will be fine with your studies once you get into your stride, just a big change at first I guess. I would love a week in Spain but after an expensive year I can't see it happening, have a great time and have a glass of sangria for me.

You achieve so much with your fitness, I'm sure you will do wonderfully with your studies. I'll miss you and hope to see you around! But I trust you will know your limits and act accordingly.

Great plan for your month Anne! You can do it! Cutting your spark time but keeping track of your program makes sense with all you are taking on. I'm trying to cut back some myself as I move into a busier fall schedule. The more I pack into my days; the more active I am. Be well. emoticon

That is going to be a busy month!! Your new fitness plan sounds great! It will definitely be important in helping you manage any stress that comes from maintaining such a hectic schedule.

Good luck with your University training. Hopefully you won't need too much comfort chocolate.... but dark chocolate is a good snack! emoticon emoticon

Hope you enjoy your time in Spain! I certainly understand having to limit your Spark time. In your shoes, I would do the same.

It will be busy, but emoticon .

Cheers to a great month! emoticon
