I have not been having a weekly weigh-in day because I have not been able to control my evening eating!
But eating lots (and lots) of vegetables has helped control my cravings. I think that acted like an elimination diet. I think something was causing me to have cravings and maybe even was causing at least some of my body pains.
So by eating vegetables (well and fruits) my ability to choose when and what I eat became possible.
Now--- I want to do a weekly weigh in. This is a huge step for me!
I will post my weight on one of the teams-I forget which one right now.
In my 'recent posts' list, I will have that team listed.
I need to put on my computer calendar a reminder!
I am extremely inconsistent and will never remember on my own!
