A Few More Details About the Benefit of Drinking Tea

Here is a link to an article I just came across about the benefits of drinking tea. Most I have already been aware of, but there were a few things that were new information to me. I also appreciated that this article cited sources, as well as mentioned some of the controversies associated with the information.

All in all, I found it interesting and helpful and definitely worth sharing.

    What a great roundup of the research!

I just wish I could still drink regular caffeinated tea. Even the small amount of caffeine in decaf, though, can damage my sleep these days. Mostly I have to stick to herbals, which are lovely but don't have the same health benefits.
