Making a Comeback

It's been quite a while since I've been here. And starting Monday, I'll be posting a lot more often again. I need to go back to basics for a little while and focus on ME. I kinda left SP because I couldn't keep up with all the teams and groups and challenges I was trying to do here and get my business off the ground and do what I needed to do with Beachbody.

But I found that I put so much effort into building a business, that I lost track of ME and what I need for my journey. I can't run a Fitness business if I'm not leading by example and taking care of me first! So my decision was to scale back on work and put more emphasis on ME. Start tracking my food and fitness again.

I am not joining any groups or teams as of right now. I just need to get back in the habit of tracking and staying focused. But I am here for anyone and everyone, as I've always chat, encourage and support whomever needs it.

    Welcome back! You always have to set aside a little "ME" time every day but you also can't let it consume you. Taking on too many challenges and teams can be overwhelming. Find your balance - you can do it!
