It's the end of the summer, school days just around the bend, black belt test just 4 weeks away.
I didn't have any specific summer goals for health and wellness, but overall I'd say that I did okay. I put on a few pounds but took them off again. I was able to hit 1000 fitness minutes in July and August (maybe June, too -- have to check). In general, I need to get the eating under control.
So...as we head into September, I will post some new goals to my Spark page.
