345 Calorie Breakfast
Part of my new routine is to make sure that I have something for breakfast.
Since I go to the gym most mornings and don't get home until around 7am - I don't have loads of time to get everything else done, but routine is making it easier.
This is one of my easy breakfasts which is under 350 Calories
Slice of white bread toasted (32g)
20g of tomato relish
1 medium egg
I fry the egg, spraying the pan with a small amount of Canola oil spray
Spread the toast with the relish and top with an Egg
I then take to work a tub of Yogurt to eat at work around 9am.
All this for 345 Calories.
