1. Continue to track my food to concentrate on nutrition.
2. Continue to track my exercise (30-60 minutes a day). Since the weather will be cooler I'll get to spend more time outside.
3. Continue to limit the amount of sweets I eat.
4. Enjoy spending time with my walking and biking buddies.
My son and I went out the other day and found the family farm. Well, at least we think we did. We found an old well, lots of yucca, the lake, and the fields. Neither of us know how to use coordinates and GPS but, according to maps and information that my sister had collected, we found it. This Sunday I'm dropping by the Boone-Duden Historical Society to see what info they can share with us. I'm working on a family tree, but since everyone is "gone" but my mom (and it is my dad's family that we are researching) it's coming a little slowly. The three small towns in the vicinity of the farmland were leveled but the church that my dad attended is still there so I thought we'd visit it too. It's kind of funny, I heard the story of the TNT plant as a kid but never was really interested in it before.
