Fall plan...

I have been a "Lifetime Member" at Weight Watchers for over 2 years now, but have only been doing the monthly weigh ins and not staying for meetings (not even counting points- gasp! LOL). But I feel like with fall coming I need to tighten my plan up a little, since that is when I am most likely to gain weight (with all of the fall get-togethers, holidays are coming, etc). So, I talked with a friend who is also a Lifetime WW member and we decided to attend meetings again together. Working around our schedules, we are going to go on Tuesdays one week, Wednesdays the next, and alternate back and forth. I think it will be nice to see the difference between 2 leaders each week, and of course it will be nice going with my friend. It's always easier when you have someone there with you! Or more fun, anyways...

Next, I had been debating about what to do for my next "workout schedule." Last time I made my own 3 month schedule. I was debating doing that again, or doing the full Insanity 2 month program. I have done all of the Insanity workouts before (several times) but have not done the whole thing as they have written down in the guidebook. Well, I decided to go for it and do the Insanity plan as written. I may switch the recovery days around a little due to my work schedule, and I would like to add some weights (probably ChaLEAN Extreme) to the mix so that I don't lose the muscle that I have built up from P90X2 and Supreme 90. It always feels good to have a plan written out- I think that the planning portion is half the battle!
