With the coming of Fall I need to get back on track. Last spring I joined a boot camp class and hurt my knee. In the process of pt and taking it easy I put back on 10 pounds. It didn't stop me from having fun. Went skydiving on Mother's Day weekend and participated in the Dirty Girl Mud Run in August. Two things to cross off my bucket list. Sky diving was AWESOME!!! Had a great time at the dirty girl. Hope to participate in another one next year and maybe even the warrior dash. So my goals for the rest of the year is to remove the 10 pounds I have gained and to lose even more and to continue to keep my blood sugar under control.
