Alright so I'm 20 lbs down, feeling happy and lookin' smaller but now it's crunch time! I'm going to a 90's pool party next weekend and I want to make sure that I look INCREDIBLE for it. Obviously, I'll continue doing what I've already been doing, which is eating healthy and staying active but I have to admit, I wasn't as active last week as I could have been. I ran and lifted weights on Saturday...then didn't get back in the gym til Wednesday, didn't go last night...bad girl....so that's 1 work out for the week! BOO!
So I promise myself to get in the gym every day this weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and get another one in Monday since it is a day off.
30 mins cardio, 30-45 mins ST. I'll keep my eating clean but cheat a little, with the long weekend I sense some alcohol consumption to occur but I'll keep it light with vodka club sodas and a lime. :)
Having Subway for lunch and it is SOOOO good! Normally, I don't eat bread but I just couldn't help myself. Anywho, I hope everyone has an amazing weekend. Try to stay active and healthy as much as you can.
