Well, unfortunately here I am again completely off the bandwagon, not even in line for a ticket....lol smh...but knowing that I have got to start working out and eating right. I havent worked out in over 2mos and my eating habits right now are just spiraling out of control. I look at the food I order and cook knowing how horrible it is for me and still stuff myself and then feel like a complete moron afterwards. WTH?????????????????? Where should I start, I need ya'lls help spark family???? Should I do a cleanse, try a week of eating healthy, a week of working out, both what, what, what....Help me please!!! I've gone from 187 to 194 I don't want to see 200 again I refuse.....Sincerely.....lost and drowning!!!
