September/2/2012 -Don't ask why not now? This is a process a step by step process.
Here we go....
Hey Sparkers… Good afternoont’ (madea)
Well, my doctor appointment came with a personal challenge for today. When you go home it’s going to be time for lunch he says, and I want you to eat something process –I know you have processed stuff in your fridge, so eat something and I want you to savor the flavor and I also want you to pick up on those flavors and write down how you feel.
Okay. I had a chicken pattie –not Tyson chicken, but an off brand. NASTY… I picked up on pork right away. And I’ve been a fan of bacon for a year and a half now, and I already know Dr. White has a trick for that as well. I wonder what he’s going to do in order to remove the want of “pork” and need of pork. The man is good. He’s a family practice doctor as well as a holistic doctor of herbal medicine and healing the body with herbs and the earth.
Okay! Moving right along…I want to be healthy. And I want to feel good about my health. It doesn’t “matter” if I lose a freaking pound by doing this. I just want to feel great and medicine free. Free of skin conditions and whatnot. I want to heal my body.
So, here is my vblog and I’m sorry that it’s long.
I’m thinking on the bright side of things, and I’ll be back with the long list of becoming a vegan steps from Dr. White. I do mean…LONG LIST…
