Some delicious New york style pizza came to the office today and I just did not want to pass up a slice. Well 1 slice turned into 2 but managed not to turn into 3. So I can count that as success and I tracked it and I will still be in my range if I eat sensibly tonight which I will. I don't feel guilty, I feel satisfied and proud of myself for not eating 4-8 slices. (real pizza not pizza hut/chain pizza is a big weakness I used to be able to eat a whole one alone)
Fitness tonight will be squat presses, bicep curls walking the kids and some c25k at the gym.
Tomorrow I am going out to raise money for the American Cancer Society selling breast cancer t-shirts, so I will be moving all day.
