It is time to get my butt back in gear.. I really haven't rode my bike at all this week. shame on me. i was under the weather a couple of days. I did manage to walk on my lunch break everyday last week. I walk for 25 to 30 minutes. I also walked on my treadmill a couple of days. I haven't really tracked my food in a couple of days. i did eat a few junk foods this week.. so today i am getting my butt back at this weight loss goal.

Tomorrow is Saturday,I plan on getting up and working out on my total gym, then to pick up my dad. He is in a wheelchair from a car accident 2 years ago. We are taking him to the Cleveland zoo. He is excited to go.. We are all going together. My 14 yr old daughter and her friend, my 21 yr daughter and her bf, ME and my honey. It has been a ruff 2 years for my dad. lots of surgeries. so i am looking forward to the time spent with him and the family.

On the Cleveland zoo website they have the walking distance around the zoo.. it is right @ 5 miles. I am hoping to get some cardio in trying to keep up with my dads electric wheelchair ( that thing can move) and the distance we will do.

long weekend this weekend with Labor day.. My goal is to workout daily for at least 1 hr each day.

    It is great that you are getting back on track!! I think that we all have these times when our routine becomes less than stellar. But the important thing is not to let it totally spiral out of control. That is when we end up in a world of trouble!!
