Its amazing how once you start really watching what you eat and how many calories you can have really changes your way of thinking. Now that I actually document everything I eat I can truly understand and watch what I'm putting into my body.
I've come to realize that eating/drink healthy really is just a mind game that you have to take control of. I can honestly say that I have not had a soda in almost 2 weeks! Can you believe that and surprisingly it's not nearly as hard as I thought. Instead of telling myself I can't have have it, I tell myself you don't want to put that in your body, come on now we are working way to hard for one soda to mess this up! And it works! I drink water and to give my mouth something yummy to have I use the crystal light packets for lunch. Amazing what a little brain retraining will do for you.
At this rate I should reach my goal in no time!
