Not sure why I get jazzed about the weekends, as the days are just the same as my weekdays. Maybe it just sounds good. Not sure why I am awake again at 2:00 am today, but I figured I would use my time wisely. I thought I could force myself to crawl on the bike a start going, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So it looks like it will have to wait until later.
I am making today short and sweet, but I did want to say that I was up a few pounds yesterday morning versus my last weight in. Then I went and did my workout and took a shower. After that, I was back to losing 1 pound. My body just does not get "moving" until after I have been up and moving for a while. It's like all my organs are shut down until I get a workout in. I know it could have been water weight, but we're talking a 6 pound drop after just my weight training workout. Just a small amount of sweat, and I had been chugging water the entire time.
Don't know what works for you, but it works out for me. I am now down 14 pounds total and am hoping to make it 15 next week!! Then I will give myself an award!
