We're going to the mountains tomorrow for four days! I'm so excited. I've decided that I'm not going to count calories on the trip. We're bringing all of our food with us - whole wheat macaroni, beans, tofu, fruit, veggies, salad ingredients, nuts, soy and almond milk, protein powder, frozen fruit. We're planning to eat out once at a vegetarian restaurant I found on Happy Cow to celebrate Dad's birthday. It's the first vegetarian restaurant any of us have ever been to, so I'm excited about that. In addition to the healthy eating, I'm planning to exercise. Our hotel has both a pool and a gym, and we're bringing our bikes.
Today and yesterday were not so good as far as eating goes. I still haven't lost any weight-or gained for that matter. I did start my period today though so it's possible that I'm a bit bloated and may even lose a pound or two next week.
