Vacationnnn!!! =D

We're going to the mountains tomorrow for four days! I'm so excited. I've decided that I'm not going to count calories on the trip. We're bringing all of our food with us - whole wheat macaroni, beans, tofu, fruit, veggies, salad ingredients, nuts, soy and almond milk, protein powder, frozen fruit. We're planning to eat out once at a vegetarian restaurant I found on Happy Cow to celebrate Dad's birthday. It's the first vegetarian restaurant any of us have ever been to, so I'm excited about that. In addition to the healthy eating, I'm planning to exercise. Our hotel has both a pool and a gym, and we're bringing our bikes.
Today and yesterday were not so good as far as eating goes. I still haven't lost any weight-or gained for that matter. I did start my period today though so it's possible that I'm a bit bloated and may even lose a pound or two next week.

    You will probably see the scale move like me after the period. Have a great time on your trip and it seems you may not be counting calories but you did put thought into the food and going out to eat. I don't weigh and measure all the time and I spot check myself and I am getting good at knowing a serving size. Have fun it sounds like fun. Post a picture! emoticon emoticon
