On the Walk it Out Spark team, my challenge team was dared to try a Spark recipe with at least 5 ingredients, post a blog with a link and photo.

I made the ‘Tangy Summer Cucumber Tomato Salad‘.

I chopped the onion instead of cutting in wedges. I used less onion and half the amount of olive oil and vinegar to suit my tastes.

The salad is light and tastes great!
