Had to take a break last night because of my knee--so, I made a healthy dinner (fajitas!! with no taco seasoning packet...used my own seasonings and they were low-cal, low-fat, low-sodium. the tortillas were even low-carb/high-fiber!), cleaned up (grumbling all the way, because my dad didn't do squat yesterday in the kitchen, but gave me crap about not having washed the grill pan approximately an hour after cooking dinner...ugh!!), and then iced my knee while I watched Clockwork Orange (so weird, so awesome...).
I did some laundry, too, but mostly I was a schlub. So, I'm hoping to at least get in an arm workout tonight (Coach Nicole to the rescue!!), or some ab stuff. Knee is definitely sore and stiff, and definitely swollen and bruised. So, just gonna try and take it a little easy. I may even try to do 10 minutes on the lightest setting on the exercise bike, just to get in some no-impact cardio and keep the joint moving...esp. since I favor it some when I walk.
The good news is, I got 7 hours of sleep last night! My bf is so proud of me... Soon, maybe this will be normal and my dark circles will be gone! lol
