Well Sweetheart I'm glad you came back emoticon!

Okay so it's been 7 days, The State Fair is over, your Hubby's birthday party is over, you have pretty much eaten all the junk that got into your house.

Remember love, how you got to Spark people, searching for answers to help depression! So we have this 1 day. Remember how the walks helped you, please don't stop. Start with 10 min, get dressed, eat breakfast and please start drinking water again. It gave you energy and lifted your mood.

    I can tell you, I was gone for a week, gained 5 lbs. and am having a hard time getting back into the routine of walking more, and getting on sparks. But I shall overcome.

    Dear Hanah, I to am so glad you came back. I've missed you very much. Please don't be so hard on yourself, life is about balance and even when we lean a little too far to one side it is easy enough to to make a shift and balance things back out.

    Depression is a terrible beast that does its best to keep us down in a hole of despair, but go for that walk, my dear Hanah and each step will bring you further out of that hole. Please don't run from us Hanah, we are here for you, to support you, help you, hug you, cheer you on, lift you up and to love you.

    You can't go away every time you think you're doing badly! It took me forever to get away from that mindset. If I did well, it was never enough and if I didn't do well, I'd punish myself and feel guilty! I refuse to do that anymore. Stop doing that, right now! Arrgh! Don't label food as good or bad. Eat what you enjoy, just do it in a balanced way.

    My sister just sent me a Sunrise Greetings birthday card that says: "The secret to an enjoyable birthday can be found in achieving balance . . . Forkful of cake, spoonful of ice cream, forkful of cake, spoonful of ice cream . . ." I don't know about you, but I found this really funny!

    My other sister, who lives in California sent me a card and explained how she was having a BBQ in her backyard to celebrate my birthday!
