Right now I seem to be in limbo with my weight going up and down by 1 or 2 points weekly. With the heat wave we had this month I didn't get as much speed walking as I do when it's cooler. I still walked, just at a much slower pace which doesn't get cardio up or burn as many calories per step. Now that it's cooling down again I can start walking faster and try to incorporate other ways to burn calories. I just need to keep trying and get to where I feel better health wise. I know what my ideal weight should be, it's getting there that seems hard.
