This summer I've been doing well keeping below 118 but I inched above that this morning... time to get back to what I know I need to do!
I am adding tracking water to my list too, because I think I'm ready to add another good thing and the app on my phone makes it easy.
I successfully stopped crossing my legs - my knees still hurt sometimes but at least I'm not making them worse now.
Good sleep: Focus on going to bed on time and not reading one more chapter. Do my before-bed rituals so I sleep well.
Track all my food for at least two weeks
Cut back the sugar in my coffee (I've let this one get away from me lately)
No soda. None.
Getting good sleep lets me get up early enough to work out and then I feel great!
We're all moved in to the new house and have new workout videos, woot! Looking forward to getting started with those. In the meantime, lots of stairs.
Work toward a 500-minute fitness minutes trophy for September!
