I stayed on track for the first time in I can't remember over the weekend. Yeah!!
I have had all this week off and will start new job on Tues.
I have been walking Mon, Tues, and Wed for at least an hour and have stepped over 10,000 steps per night.
I haven't been too good with tracking my food though. I am going to work on that. I have been keeping a mental track and know what I can and can't have, but would rather keep it on paper. I have to go back to the doctor on the 21st and I want to prove to him that I am eating right and watching and exercising.
I feel he kind of had that "I don't think you can do it" attitude and I am so determined to prove him wrong...LOL...
At least it gives me a goal to fight for.
My weigh in this week I was down. I weigh in on Monday's so it will keep me honest over the weekends.
