Down 13.6lbs as of today!
ELC is a short-term diet--some studies point to protein being hard on one's liver. Plus, I'm not really getting veggies (that plateau was a tough one to break!). Today I'm adding in some grapes (I've missed grapes!) but still keeping the calories and carbs pretty low.
I've started to see some changes at this point:
1. My little double-chin is gone!
2. Some of my shirts are starting to fit a little better
3. I've lost 4.5" off my waist!
4. None of my bras fit (lol).
With only 6lbs to lose for my "wedding goal" and over a month to go I think I'll make it! ;)
