Making a blog of goals to keep myself in check this month. No longer have a challenge to do each day so gonna put this in writing to keep myself from slipping(hopefully)!
1. Change my sleep habits. I am a night owl but want to be an early bird. I am gonna try to change my habits so that I go to bed when I get home from work and get up early the next morning
2. Make strength training a habit by doing at least 10 minutes a day, I started the 10 minute daily exercise streak challenge to help me with this.
3.Increase walking distance to at least 5 miles non-stop. Oct. 1st is coming soon, that is the day of my 6 months from now blog and in it I put that I wanted to walk the 5 mile section of trail on a walking trail near me, which means that to walk it and back to my car will be 10 miles. I have walked all other sections of this trail and wanted to walk this one but just felt overwhelmed by it. I am not sure if I can reach the weight I put in that blog or not but I think I can get into good enough shape to walk this trail and so I am gonna increase my distance walking non stop by 1 and 1/2 miles per week so that by the end of the month I can walk 5 miles non stop and do this trail on Oct. 1st
4. Loss at least 10 lbs
