    Way to go on getting those fitness minutes in.

Don't forget to give yourself a break, we all have days and more days where eating is bad or exercise is bad. You are changing habits and routines and it takes time. You have been on an amazing run and that us fantastic. A few days on the wrong side isn't bad, isn't a failure, just a setback and a bump in th road.

    SURE YOU CAN. TAKE IT DAY BY DAY. I PLAN MY MEALS IN THE MORNING AND ONLY TAKE THOSE FOODS. I FORCE MYSELF TO NOT SNACK ON FOOD AT WORK WHICH WE SELL FOOD PRODUCTS AND HAVE SAMPLES OUT ALL DAY. IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PUT ASIDE THE FOODS YOU WILL BE EATING.
