S.M.A.R.T. September Goals for getting back on track after backsliding this summer and feeling overwhelmed with a new schooling routine, canning, hitting bottom, then rebooting and recommitting.
(Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Realistic. Timely.)
1. Lose 2 lbs. by September 30-----lost 2 lbs by Sept. 15!!
2. Drink at least 1 cup of green tea per day, but no more than 2 cups
3. Eat a balanced, healthy breakfast each morning
4. Trade 1 glass of iced tea for water each day
5. Drink only 1 glass of Pepsi Max each day
6. Consume no less than 6 glasses of water each day-all before 9pm
7. PowerWalk at least 1 mile 3 days per week
8. Practice yoga 3 days per week
9. Strength train 2 days per week
10. Get 8 hours of sleep at least 6 nights each week
11. Log food in Nutrition Tracker at least 4 days per week
12. Plan and pack a healthy lunch for co-op day
13. Plan and eat a healthy snack and rest for 15 minutes after co-op so my reserves don’t get too low and so I stay in control of my appetite
14. Check SparkRecipes for more healthy lunch ideas the whole family will eat
15. Get outside and do something active at least 6 days each week
