Almost September

Thursday, August 30, 2012

Boy time sure seems to go by faster with each year that passes by me. I used to think a year was such a long time and now I know better.

As of Sept. 5 I will have been back to the Spark for a whole month. I am so glad that I came back too. From reconnecting with old friends to the progress both mentally and phyically I am full of joy and hope. This will be the time I do it.

Now I know it wont be easy always but I really like where I am right now. So much can change in a year so I cannot wait to see what else can be done in the next eleven months.

Hope everyone is having a great start to the day no matter what time they awoke. Grab some coffee and the Spark and spend some quality time working on you.

Start with small steps. You need to feel success. 10 minutes of exercise - do that for awhile and then get the junk food out of your house. One day at a time- Do not think too far ahead expect to get the clean food in the house. Exercise is the key to get those muscles moving. Small steps! emoticon
