Who knew?

Unhealthy obsession on "healthy foods" to where one spends an abnormal amount of time focusing on it. Not a true "clinical" diagnosis yet - but something I had blogged about before - not realizing there was a "pseudo"-clinical term for it!

Two T M&Ms, right on! I usually buy one bag around Halloween and enjoy them a few at a time, knowing I won't be buying more.

There's an impressive-sounding name for anything you can thing of! emoticon emoticon

Interesting...never knew that had a name. But as long as I have my 2 T of M&Ms every night and the occasional french fries, etc, I guess I don't have to worry!

    Thanks for sharing!

(And, no, as a disorder I don't think it's a laughing matter - any obsession that gets out of hand becomes unhealthy, no matter how healthy the initial behavior was.)
