Well, the weather is starting to warm up and my spring flowers are blooming, I headed off to the gym this morning not sure of what I would exactly be doing - would I just do my own thing or do the class. Knowing that the class pushes me just that little bit more.
Well there were only two of us for the morning class, which is a shame as we have a good facility but not many people use it. In one way it is great, it is like having your own personal gym and personal trainer. On the other hand I would hate to see if fold.
So in the class this morning Mr Fit Ball ( my nickname for the trainer) had us doing 300m of rowing then on to a weight machine while the other one was rowing. By the end of it according to my gym partner we burnt approx 350 cals which was recorded on her Polar FT4 monitor - I am patiently waiting for mine to be delivered as I think it will help me maintain a calorie burn level when working on my own.
Whilst driving home from the gym - which takes all of 2 mins - I noticed that I already had blisters on my hands from the 6 sets of rowing - I must be soft!!!!!
