Instead of tomorrow morning, I'm doing it tonight...
1. Tracked my food (didn't do this yesterday)
2. Remembered to wear pedometer and track steps (again, forgot yesterday)
3. Had grapes for a snack instead of cookies
4. Earned extra spark points so I could do a bonus spin
5. Took a nap and didn't feel guilty
5 Things to look forward to:
1. Wearing a belt, tucking in my shirt
2. Reaching down and touching my toes with no tummy in the way
3. Toned arms - bye bye bat wings
4. Skinny jeans
5. Old rings will fit again
