I'm back from the beach - it was a really good vacation, the kind where you lose track of what day of the week it is. Came back to reality, back to work, back to school for the kids, back to workouts for me and stepped onto the scale - I gained around 6 pounds in a week. So, I'm back to ground zero on my weight loss and started bodypump from scratch. The good news in all this was I was able to do the squat track with more weight than I've been working with - so all is not lost. I did take some day one measurements, so I'll have a more objective measure of progress than the scale.
