I don't know what i'm doing but here goes.... I just walked 1/2 mile and it felt good. First time i have felt good about something i have done in a while. I want to keep this up i am so ready to get on with my NEW LIFE.
Have a question i tried to use the fitness tracker and was very confused. Any help would be appreciated. I'm checking out this site and not so sure about some things.
My birthday is sept. 22 and i have set a goal to lose 5lbs by then.
Well don't know if this is right but oh well.
