Today my co-worker brought cupcakes her daughter-in-law made. I've been doing really well with staying on track so I don't know why I took one. It wasn't even that good, it was really bland actually.
I blew a lot of calories on that cupcake. I don't know what was in it so I can only guess. I found something like it on the Food tracker but I still think it was probably 100 more calories. Now I don't know what I want for dinner.
I do plan on exercising tonight but I don't know what exactly I want to do either.
Stupid cupcake...made me indecisive.
