JUNK!

For breakfast, I had coffee, a diet dr pepper, 3 Quik Trip taquitos, chipotle sauce, and a bag of mint M&Ms.

I've also had some office chocolates, part of an almond cookie, and probably something else I'm forgetting.

I'm not worried about it. I'm not calling it a binge or a falling off the wagon or an unsuccessful day. Lifestyle change does not mean 100% all the time. This is where I have been messing up before.

ALL OR NOTHING ALL OR NOTHING ALL OR NOTHING.

Turns out, that usually turns into nothing, which in turn makes me feel like nothing.

Bad cycle.

For lunch, I had a grilled salmon taco and a roasted veggie salad from Rubios. No cheese, dressing on the side, lots of salsa. Win. For dinner, I'm having homemade pulled pork, corn on the cob, and some of the weird rice concoction I made yesterday.

No regrets, no questions, no beating myself up about it. Why not?

Because that's when I reallllllly mess it all up. This kind of morning used to be not only a morning, but an afternoon, an evening, a week, a month, a year, 20 years.

Well now it's just a morning. And I actually consider that a win.

Also? Those taquitos were good. So were the M&Ms. Sometimes, ya gotta have junk! emoticon
