I hope they're having fun getting everything moved out of the house so the floors can be finished/refinished tomorrow. I'm avoiding the chaos by relaxing in my apartment, having grilled all the chicken I took out of the freezer. I was lucky to have found some marinade I forgot to put the oil in, because that meant I could have grilled chicken, too! Well, tomorrow, since I'm off to trivia tonight, where I hope to be able to get a salad with grilled something on top. Maybe chicken, maybe shrimp. I think shrimp, since I'll be seeing enough chicken around here. In 13 days, I can add some lovely fat back into my diet. Can't wait! Back to a nice Paleo-style diet, although at some point I can see how I do with dairy, too. No sugar, no starch for 3 weeks, and then I can cautiously start adding them in. Well, not the sugar, of course, but some starches like maybe sweet potatoes and maybe even some beans, since I have some around, having tried out the 4-Hour Body Diet recently. Small portions--don't wanna get crazy with the beans. I want to stay quite low-carb most of the time. I'm getting hungry, and dinner won't be for hours. This trivia doesn't start till 8:15. I will get there about 7:30 to snag a table and ORDER FOOD even if no one else is there. Hope we do well tonight!
