Off to a Slow Start :(

Went to check up with Lydia, my dietitian. I'm not excited about the lack of weight I've lost. 2 lbs for the week. I've busted butt this week and really expected more. For a gigantic fatty, I should be able to drop at least some water weight to change the scale. I know I am feeling better and that I'm doing the healthy thing for my body. It's just very hard to restrain myself and have discipline when there's not an immediate reward. Instant gratification is what got me in this mess, so I need to learn the wait, hold steady, be consistent, and patient.

    You guys are awesome! This is just what I needed to be more motivated. After reading your comments I took my kids on a bike ride to keep up the momentum. More importantly, I DIDN'T PIG OUT like I would've normally. I have the mindset that if I don't lose weight while I'm doing healthy activities, i may as well eat whatever I want and not be left in wanting. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT guys!     That's 8 sticks of butter off of your body! Every time I think I just lost 1lb of fat, I pull out the sticks of butter! Even a quarter of a lb. is 1 stick of butter off of your butt! ha ha! You are doing great!
