Week 33: from 132.4 to 131.4

Lost a pound!
This feels GREAT! Since June, I've stayed at 132 with little exception, and I know it's silly, but I started to think I couldn't lose any more... It's coming off. I tried to stay to the lower end of my calories and took one nice hike (I have been hiking 2x a week, but I woke up with a stiff neck this weekend, so I only got one hike in this week). With school and work in full swing, it is pretty impossible to take the daily walks I like so much, but I run around a lot at work, park far away, always take the stairs (and all of those other little things Yahoo Health or whoever recommends!), etc.
I am happy. Here's what I'm eating...
Bun! It's basically a steak (or whatever) salad with cold rice noodles and a vinegary/salty/garlicky sauce:
Garlic shrimp (and I used butter), with brown rice and a green salad:
Grilled ribeye steak (I used the leftovers for the bun), corn on the cob, and a cucumber/tomato salad:
Salmon with pesto (bought at a farmer's market here- made with sea asparagus!) over dinosaur kale:
My neck still hurts, but I'm feeling good about how my brain is managing the stresses of life (c'mon body, follow suit!). Things are intense, but so so good.
