I am an expert procrastinator, which carries over to healthy eating and exercise. on top of the procrastination, I have also lacked motivation this summer. I really just need to make it a priority. Running in Adlerdash gives me a reason to keep running and cross training. I will need to find another race after that. I think that allowing myself to eat near the upper limit of my calorie range will help with food. I am going to try dancing instead of eating junk to feel better.
When I start subbing/teaching this fall I will really need to focus on making healthy living a priority. I must stick with it. I am so tired of feeling bad about myself.
