So my 30 day challenge went well-ish. I lost 2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. I was aiming for 3 inches off the hips, but oh well. I'll keep trying.
My new 60 day challenge starts today. It includes:
1. Tracking my food religiously.
2. Exercise 3 days a week (2 days of cardio and 1 of weight training)
3. Not weigh or measure myself until October 29th.
4. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
My goals are as follows:
Get to 36 inch hips by October 29th.
Lose a minimum of 10 pounds (Going from 156 to 146 or lower)
