1) I have been setting my alarm for 5:00 every morning so I can get up and workout before going to work but I keep hitting snooze and sleeping until 6:30
2) I play on the computer at night before going to bed
3) When I do have time during the early evening I tell myself I will workout later and either turn on the tv or read a book
These are 3 of the things that became obvious to me... I will start working on these even if its just a ten minute quick cardio to get my blood flowing. Every calorie burned is one step closer to another pound gone!!!
